Our mission is to develop student/athletes technical skills and tactical knowledge of game concepts, with positive and supportive coaches providing a competitive and fun environment helping players succeed on and off the court.  

Our primary goal is striving to field competitive teams in our region and nationally while promoting team development, sportsmanship, and leadership in a fun hardworking atmosphere.   

Our overall club philosophy is that more is gained by encouraging young athletes to reach their potential through positive feedback than through any other coaching method. The technical aspects of each skill will be stressed at all age groups, as will game skills that enable each player to succeed on the court.

Another main issue with our club is the fact that no single training device is as important for a player’s development than actually playing the game in a competitive situation. For that reason, we will keep the teams small to ensure each member of a team has opportunities to play during tournaments.
 

We also believe that nothing takes the place of hard work, and finding players and coaches who embrace that philosophy is a winning combination.
