2012-2013 Information

Johnson Bros. Voucher Program

The deadline for orders is May 1st!!!!

How it Works: You pre-sell Johnson Brothers vouchers until May 1st.  Vouchers come in $10, $35 and $50 denominations only. With each $10 voucher sale, sellers earn $3 and with each $35 voucher sale, sellers earn $10.50, and with each $50 voucher sale, seller earns $15. Email or text Tammy Chamness with the quantities of each denomination your customers need. Vouchers must be paid for before you can receive them from her. You can start pre-selling today.

You must pay for the vouchers when you pick them up. You cannot return them if unsold. You may want to collect up front when you sell the voucher, and deliver it later.

Vouchers are to be treated like cash. Johnson Brothers is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers, either before or after you resell them. We will not replace lost/stolen vouchers for free.

Vouchers are valid towards the purchase of any non-sale, in-stock annual hanging baskets, annual bedding plants and vegetable starts. These may NOT be used to purchase other plants (perennials, herbs, trees, shrubs, roses, vines, fruit, indoor plants, water plants, planters/ color bowls, seeds & bulbs, etc), gift items, garden accessories, gift cards, services, fundraiser, or wholesale items.

Vouchers cannot be used on any sale item, or in conjunction with other offers, coupons, or Brothers Bucks. Items that are valid for purchase that are on sale may be purchased with a voucher at the full original retail price.

Redemption dates are April 15th – July 3rd, 2013 ONLY. Vouchers expire and are void as of July 4, 2013. Under no circumstances will vouchers be accepted after the expiration date. Vouchers are a special, time-sensitive offer for seasonal merchandise. We have adjusted the dates of use to reflect the limited quantity of seasonal merchandise that will be available.

Please keep track of your sales for verification at the time of delivery.  You are expected to collect payments at the time of the sale - we will only provide vouchers that have been paid for first.  There are no exceptions to this rule.

THERE WILL BE TWO ORDER DEADLINES - The first order will be placed April 10th and the last will be May 1st You can print off the sample voucher to show to your customers so they know what they are getting.

Johnson Bros. Basket Program

The deadline for orders is April 15th!!!!

How it Works: You pre-sell Johnson Brothers baskets until 4/15/13. Baskets are 10” ($25 selling price)  and 12” ($30 selling price). With each $25 basket, sellers earn $11.50 and with each $30 basket, sellers earn $12.50  Email or text Tammy Chamness with the quantities and varieties your customers want. Baskets must be paid for before you can receive them. Order deadline is 4/15/13.  You can start pre-selling today.

Download all three forms below. The first is what you write each customer's order on. You keep these and use them to deliver the baskets. The second form is for you to record the total number of each basket that you will turn in to us. The third form is a flyer showing all the different baskets.

Players Guide Advertising

Now is the time to sell ad space for the Player's Guide!!!
THE DEADLINE FOR TURNING ADS IN IS FEBRUARY 1ST
How it Works: This is another great fundraiser that earns credit towards your daughter’s account, simply by selling ads.  The amount your daughter will earn depends on the cost to format and print the guide and the quantity of ads sold.  In the past, players have earned up to 60%.

The guide will include a list of Webfoot Alumni in collegiate volleyball; words of encouragement from our Director, Cathy Nelson; team photos, as well as their player’s stats and the ads that you sell.   The order form gives an example of last years cover page and one of the inside pages of advertisement, for your convenience. 

The order form clearly shows the levels of sponsorship ranging from $50-$500.  Each company that submits an ad will be given a complimentary copy of the Player’s Guide, (which you will be responsible to deliver after the spring printing) as well as knowing that the guide will be given to player’s households advertising their business. 

Simply fill out the Player Sponsorship Order Form for each ad that you sell; attach the camera ready artwork and check then mail to the address shown at the bottom of the form or call Tammy to make arrangements to e-mail or deliver in person.

Cookie Dough

How it Works:

We are selling Otis Spunkmeyer cookies that are frozen in tubs of 3 dozen cookies each. They sell for $16.00 per tub and you get a profit of $6.40 for each one sold. The selling period is Feb 1 - Feb 19th and the cookies will be delivered on March 11th.

As always, you can choose to participate in this fundraiser if you would like to but you are not obligated to do so. Any money that you earn goes directly to your child's account.

We hope there will be many of you who will benefit from this fundraiser. There will be packets available beginning tomorrow night (Wednesday) for the players to pick up and then can start selling immediately.

Here is some general information about the fundraiser:
Otis Cookies Have NO TRANS FAT & NO PRESERVATIVES ..we use real eggs and real butter :)

• Cookies Must be frozen within 24 hours of delivery or refrigerated (if refrigerated they need to be cooked within 2 weeks) Frozen Cookies will last for 1 year if kept in an air tight container or Ziploc.
• All items sell for $16.00 and they need to be pre-paid at the time of the order.
• All Checks should be made payable to Webfoot Volleyball; you can also accept cash or money orders.
• Please return envelope, WHITE & YELLOW, copies of the order form and your money on turn in day. Keep the pink copy for your records and you will receive the white copy back on the day of delivery.
• Please make sure that you make arrangements to pick cookie dough up on delivery day; as we have NO freezer space to store them so cookies will go bad if they are not picked up and Webfoot can not be liable for the dough if it doesn't get picked up and spoils.

On delivery day orders will be sorted and separated by team ready for you when you arrive. You can pick up on March 19th from 5-7pm.

Christmas Tree Pickup

How it Works: After Christmas, you pickup Xmas trees throughout the area and take them to a Xmas tree recycling center.  Every dollar collected goes directly to your daughters account.  Click here to download the instructions and click here to download the flyer.  The instructions and flyers are also available at the fairgrounds on the bulletin board.

Instructions:

1. Fill in the flyer with your name and phone number. Make as many copies as you think you'll need.
2. Canvas neighborhood area and give to family and friends.
3. When called at home, make arrangements to pick up the tree in a timely fashion.  If you have an answering machine, make sure to change your message to say something about tree pickup.
4. Take the trees to Rexius on Bailey Hill Rd. Identify yourself as a Webfoot Junior Volleyball member.  They will charge you at the booth $5 to dump a flocked tree and $2 for a green tree. Please pay immediately. Note that Rexius will be closed January 1st and 2nd!
5. Turn in checks to Webfoot to be credited to your account.  Cash can be turned in any time as well.

Note: There are over 30 other organizations doing this fundraiser.  If you see a tree out in an area, go up and ask for it.  If the people have not committed to having their tree picked up, they will let you have it because you are there at their door.

Autzen Stadium Cleanup

FUNDRAISING AT THE UNIVERSITY OF OREGON!! We have a fundraising opportunity the day after Duck football games, cleaning up Autzen Stadium bathrooms. We will need a crew of about 20 from 8:00am to 11:00am.

Celebration after Ducks beat the Trojans! 10/27/07

How it Works: We are in need of players and families interested in cutting your playing fees. The University of Oregon has many many opportunities for our club to make money towards the players. The football team will host up to 8 home games!

All cleanings begin at 8 am, meet on at the east gates of Autzen.

All participants, can email me with their name, player's name, phone number, and what games they can work. It is limited to the first 20 people who sign up.
