The Mrs. Fields cookie dough orders with payment are due today and tomorrow on your practice night and time. I will be around but if you don’t see me they can be dropped in my folder hanging on the wall bottom right in the office.
How it Works: We are selling Mrs. Fields cookies that are frozen in tubs of 32 cookies each. Items sell for $17-$20 per tub/box and you get a profit of 40% for each one sold. The selling period is Feb. 1st – Feb.19th and the cookies will be delivered the week of March 30th (exact date will be posted as soon as we know).
As always, you can choose to participate in this fundraiser if you would like to but you are not obligated to do so. Any money that you earn goes directly to your player’s account.
We hope there will be many of you who will benefit from this fundraiser. There will be packets available beginning Monday February 1st for the players to pick up and then can start selling immediately.
Here is some general information about the fundraiser:
Cookies Must be frozen within 24 hours of delivery or refrigerated (if refrigerated they need to be cooked within 2 weeks) Frozen Cookies will last for 1 year if kept in an air tight container or Ziploc.
All items sell for $17-$20 and they need to be pre-paid at the time of the order.
All Checks should be made payable to Webfoot Juniors VBC; you can also accept cash or money orders.
Please return envelope, WHITE & YELLOW, copies of the order form and your money on turn in day. Keep the pink copy for your records.
Please make sure that you make arrangements to pick cookie dough up on delivery day; as we have NO freezer space to store them so cookies will go bad if they are not picked up and Webfoot can not be liable for the product if it doesn’t get picked up and spoils.
On delivery day orders will be sorted and separated by player and ready for you when you arrive. You can pick up on March 30th (exact date will be posted when we know it) from 5-7 pm, this time may be adjusted when I get order delivery confirmation.

We will be having a sale on Tuesday January 26 and Wednesday January 27 from 5-8 pm each day. The items are limited in size and quantity as it is overstock. This will be first come first serve and we can not hold items for you. Pricing will be the same as it was in the online store. Knee pads are $22-$25, back packs are $40 and Ankle Braces are $45 each.

Hello Webfoot Families,
Our next fundraiser, Program Ads, is now underway. Please note that IMPORTANT changes have taken place and you should have received an email from your parent rep with the beginning explanation of those changes. I will be at the fairgrounds tonight from 5:30-9:30 to answer any questions you may have. If you have never participated in this fundraiser before you need to go to the fundraising tab located on the left hand side of the home page and read through the “How it Works”. This is not a fundraiser that can be verbiaged as “you are sponsoring my player” and the players name CANNOT be indicated as the recipient on the check we receive from the business participating. If you have already sent out the old form you need to send the new one to replace it. The form can be found attached below as well as in the email you received, on the Fundraising page and in the Fundraising folder located under Documents which you can find on the top tool bar of the home page. All forms, artwork and payment are due to me by February 1, 2016. Again, please contact me with any and all questions.

We have completed Webfoot’s group block for the 2016 CEVA Regional Championship! Listed below is all of the important booking information, including our unique booking link that you and your family can use to make your reservations.* Note: These rooms are for Webfoot players and their family not extended family members.* When it asks you for Team Code you can just type in Webfoot. Webfoot has the following rooms blocked:
30 single king with sleeper sofa rooms at the Courtyard Portland Downtown Convention Center
4 single king with sleeper sofa rooms at the Crowne Plaza Portland Downtown Convention Center
10 premium two queen beds at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Portland
*once we start to see pickup at the Courtyard we will be able to add more rooms!

In an effort to make sure that these prime rooms are picked up, there are some very important reduction and expiration dates listed below. Please pay close attention to these dates as the reservation system will automatically make deductions based on the pick-up parameters listed below.
Expiration Date: The block will expire on January 25, 2016. On this date, any unused rooms will be placed back into general inventory or assigned to teams on a wait list for that particular hotel.
