Hello Webfoot Families,

I hope everyone has had a good summer so far. We are currently updating our fundraising email list for the U of O opportunities, Moshofsky Beer Gardens and Autzen Bathroom Cleanups. If you are interested in working at the games please email me with your primary email that you check on a regular basis. I will use this list to inform everyone of the meeting details and to send all information pertinent to scheduling work shifts. The U of O will require that we attend an OLCC meeting in order to be able to work at the beer gardens, there are no exceptions! The meeting will be held at the U of O on Wednesday August 23rd at 6 pm. For each home game I will need 25 workers for Mo Beer Gardens (Sauturdays) and 20 workers for Autzen Bathroom Cleanups (Sundays). The games will be assigned based on how many people attend and become eligible to work and the availability you each provide. Each family may have only 2 workers per player so that we can include as many families as possible. We will also clean the bathrooms at Autzen the day after each home game. I will need a crew of 20 to work each time. Players can work bathrooms if they are older than 14. Please click the fundraising tab to see more information.
