Hello Webfoot Families,

I hope everyone is having a good summer so far. We are currently updating our fundraising email list for the U of O opportunities, Moshofsky Beer Gardens and Autzen Bathroom Cleanups. The U of O will require that we attend an OLCC meeting in order to be able to work at the beer gardens, there are no exceptions! The meeting will be held at the U of O on Wednesday August 17th at 7 pm. If you are interested in working at the games please email me with your primary email that you check on a regular basis. I will use this list to inform everyone of the meeting details and to send all information pertinent to scheduling work shifts. I will need 28 workers for each home game. When you attend the OLCC meeting you need to come prepared to sign up for the games that you are available to work. The games will be assigned based on that availability and how many people attend and become eligible to work. Each family may have only 2 workers per player so that we can include as many families as possible. We will also clean the bathrooms at Autzen the day after each home game. I will need a crew of 20 to work each time. The protocol is as follows, an email will be sent to everyone who has been added to the fundraising group and the first 20 to respond will be assigned to work the cleanup.
