Orders & Money Can Be Turned in at the Fairgrounds during U16 Tryouts

How it Works: You pre-sell Poinsettias prior to tryouts for December delivery. Poinsettia sales have been a great success in past seasons. You can make hundreds of dollars that will go towards your club fees. Selling a 4.5 inch plant earns you $6.00, a 6.5 inch plant earns you $7.00, and selling an 8 inch plant earns you $8.00. I have pre-ordered 75 8 inch Red, 5 White, 5 Pink and 5 Marble. Please let me know when you have sold any of this size and color as we may not be able to get additional 8 inch plants. ALL OF THE 8 INCH WHITE AND MARBLE ARE SOLD…WE STILL HAVE 5 8 INCH PINK AND 40 8 INCH RED TO SELL!

Pre-Tryout Camp and Open Gyms

We are happy to announce our Pre-Tryout camp and open gym dates!

Pre-Tryout Camp:

Tuesday, October 24 6:30-8:30
Thursday, October 26 6:30-8:30
Monday, October 30 5:30-7:30 – have to go earlier due to Women’s League
Wednesday, November 1 6:30-8:30

Open gyms:

Wednesday, November 8th 6:30-8:30
Thursday, November 9th 6:30-8:30

The cost is $100 for all 6 sessions. If your daughter can only attend the second week of camp and the open gyms the cost is $50. Open gyms only is $25.

U14’s players are allowed to come to the first 2 sessions of pre-tryout camp for $25.

To register, please send an email to club director Cathy Nelson at vballnelson5@gmail.com to reserve your place. Then bring the attached registration form and a check to the first night of camp.

Hello Webfoot Families,

I hope everyone has had a good summer so far. We are currently updating our fundraising email list for the U of O opportunities, Moshofsky Beer Gardens and Autzen Bathroom Cleanups. If you are interested in working at the games please email me with your primary email that you check on a regular basis. I will use this list to inform everyone of the meeting details and to send all information pertinent to scheduling work shifts. The U of O will require that we attend an OLCC meeting in order to be able to work at the beer gardens, there are no exceptions! The meeting will be held at the U of O on Wednesday August 23rd at 6 pm. For each home game I will need 25 workers for Mo Beer Gardens (Sauturdays) and 20 workers for Autzen Bathroom Cleanups (Sundays). The games will be assigned based on how many people attend and become eligible to work and the availability you each provide. Each family may have only 2 workers per player so that we can include as many families as possible. We will also clean the bathrooms at Autzen the day after each home game. I will need a crew of 20 to work each time. Players can work bathrooms if they are older than 14. Please click the fundraising tab to see more information. Below is the football schedule as it is currently posted on the U of O website and the dates we will clean bathrooms:

Our Fall Academy session and our Setting Academy is now open for registration! Click on the Fall /Setting Academy Registration Tab on the left to register your child for Fall Academy! Space is limited so register today to ensure a spot in our academy!

Fall Academy is for 3rd-8th grade boys and girls that want to play more volleyball! Fall academy will begin Wednesday, September 6th and will run on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 4:30-6:30 at the Lane County Fairgrounds Sports Center. Academy will run through Wednesday, October 18th. Cost is $300.

Setting Academy is for middle school and high school athletes that want to work specifically on their setting skills. Setting Academy will begin Sunday, Sept. 10th and will run on Sunday nights from 5:00-7:00 and the Lane County Fairgrounds Sports Center. Setting Academy will run through October 29th. Cost is $300
